MLA Sonawari Advocate Hilal Akbar Lone today inaugurated the long-awaited Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Madwan in Sonawari, fulfilling a long-pending demand of residents of the area and adjoining villages.
The inauguration marks a significant milestone for the local population, who will now have improved access to essential healthcare services closer to their homes. The facility is expected to benefit a large number of people and strengthen basic healthcare infrastructure in the area .
It is pertinent to mention that the foundation stone of the PHC was laid in 2011 by MLA HILAL Akbar Lone’s father, Janab Mohammad Akbar Lone. After nearly 15 years, the health facility has finally been dedicated to the people.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Hilal Akbar Lone said healthcare and education remain his top priorities. He reiterated his commitment to improving medical facilities and promoting quality education in Sonawari.He expressed hope that the PHC would significantly benefit the local population.
